Peggy Liu features in Designer Carrie Hammer “Role Models Not Runway Models” Show

Designer Carrie Hammer celebrates woman empowerment in her fourth “Role Models Not Runway Models” catwalk, which featured 27 female CEOs, actresses, sportswomen and entrepreneurs. Peggy Liu, Chairperson of JUCCCE, was one of the models who took part in Hammer’s show, challenging the uniformity often seen in the fashion industry.

The event, a part of the New York Fashion Week, aimed to show that “beauty comes from power, personality and accomplishment”, Hammer said.
